I am writing to inform you that the number of copies of Indonesian-English Dictionary by Nyoman Wardhana we ordered from your company have not been supplied correctly.
This error caused a disappointment to a number of student as there were fifty of them not having the dictionaries in their hands. The learning process in class consequently went slow as each student really needed a dictionary to finish their tasks. This caused us considerable inconvenience.
Enclosed is a copy of the invoice. I will appreciate your sending me the fifty copies as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
